Stephen Callaghan has received commissions for everything from short sketches to dramatisations of books and stories.  Past commissions have included the adaptation of “The Selfish Giant” from Oscar Wilde’s classic children’s story, as a libretto for a forthcoming children’s cantata and also a short historical sketch for the 125th Anniversary of Celtic Football Club.  He was commissioned to write a special drama commemorating the 80th Anniversary of the Notre Dame Child Guidance Centre, working in consultation with the Centre Staff to produce a play that told its 80 year history.  He also adapted the biographical book “Going for Broke on Jesus” by Bob Park for stage performance and has written numerous sketches on a wide variety of topics for events held by Glasgow Churches Together at Glasgow City Chambers.
